These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the plastiqworld.com website and the commercial recycling services provided by Plastiq Recycling ("Plastiq"). By using the site or engaging our services you agree to these Terms.

Services

Plastiq provides commercial plastic waste collection, transport, and recycling documentation in Nebraska and surrounding markets. Specific scope, pricing, frequency, and equipment are defined in a written service agreement or signed quote between Plastiq and the customer.

Quotes and orders

Quotes provided through the website are estimates and are not binding until confirmed in writing by Plastiq. Pricing may be revised based on site assessment, contamination, volume changes, fuel surcharges, or regulatory changes.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide safe access to pickup locations during scheduled windows.
• Segregate materials per agreed-upon stream specifications and avoid prohibited contaminants (hazardous waste, liquids, food residue beyond agreed levels).
• Pay invoices per the agreed terms (typically Net 15 unless otherwise specified).

Payment

Invoices are due per the terms on the invoice. Late payments may accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law. Plastiq may suspend service for past-due accounts.

Warranty disclaimer

THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN A SIGNED SERVICE AGREEMENT.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plastiq's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the website or any single service engagement will not exceed the amounts paid by the customer to Plastiq for the service in the three months preceding the claim. Plastiq is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Intellectual property

The Plastiq name, logo, and website content are the property of Plastiq Recycling and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in Douglas County, Nebraska.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance.
